Tosha is an organizational effectiveness professional skilled in large scale organizational change, leadership development, and human capital analytics. She currently works as a management consultant for Slalom Consulting, specifically in the organizational effectiveness practice. Prior to working at Slalom, Tosha spent some time working for Accenture and as an independent consultant. She began her career in the industry by building a leadership development program for a mid-size pharmaceutical company in San Diego, CA. Since then, her work in leadership has expanded to include designing an executive assessment center, analyzing leadership feedback assessments and coaching on the results, leadership training and/or workshop facilitation, and assisting organizational leaders in embracing and leading change.
In addition to her career, Tosha holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her dissertation focused on the effects of Authenticity and Emotional Intelligence on leadership effectiveness. Tosha also teaches two undergraduate courses in the field for the University of Phoenix.
