Future Women Leaders presents its sixth annual Leadership Development Program for high-potential young professional women. Conducted by Jo Miller and Kim Zilliox of Women’s Leadership Coaching, this three-month course develops the self-awareness, interpersonal skills and personal influence that provide the foundation for effective leadership.

:: THE FACILITATORS

Kim Zilliox, MA, MBA, CPCC is a Women’s Leadership Facilitator and Coach

Kim has over 15 years of organizational consulting experience in executive coaching, training, sales, management, and career counseling. Kim’s clients run the gamut between organizations such as Yahoo!, Intel, Cisco, Apple, and Intel to non-profits. Kim has successfully coached numerous individuals to unsurpassed results, and has led team building, leadership, change, culture, emotional intelligence, and sales seminars across the country.

Kim brings with her a wealth of knowledge around leadership effectiveness, talent development, team building, and goal achievement. Kim specialized in working with executives and leaders to be successful in leading organizations and teams to achieve the highest results possible.

Kim earned an M.A. in Counseling from Santa Clara University, an M.B.A. from UC Irvine, and a B.A. in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara. She is also a certified coach. She is qualified in the MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory. Her hobbies include competitive volleyball, tennis, and working out. A high priority is spending time with friends and family.

Jo Miller is CEO of Women’s Leadership Coaching, Inc.

Jo has a passion for helping women develop their leadership skills, confidence and presence, and specializes in helping women break into leadership in industries that have been traditionally considered ‘a man’s world’, such as technology, finance and energy.

Since 1998 Jo has developed and implemented coaching programs that have benefited women worldwide. Jo created the Women’s Leadership Coaching Inc leadership coaching system, and has logged many thousands of hours coaching women who are in executive and management positions, or aspire to be.

She has traveled widely in Europe and the US to facilitate leadership development programs for women’s initiatives in Fortune 1,000 companies, including Oracle Women in Leadership, Nortel Women’s Business Council, National Semiconductor’s Women @ National, UBS Women’s Leadership Conference, and many more. She was named one of the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal’s 40 people to watch under the age of 40 in 2006, and one of Silicon Valley’s Women of Influence in 2008.
