Celeste is a Silicon Valley Professional with 10+ years combined experience in media, online advertising, social media, operations management & optimization, strategy, and program management. She is the former Director of Operations & Localization for 40% of Yahoo!'s top global products overseeing a support team for a global organization of 1300+ employees located in 12 different countries, managing products reaching hundreds of millions of consumers, and was part of the successful acquisition of Right Media by Yahoo! for $850 million.

Celeste is currently a blogger for various organizations across the internet on a variety of topics surrounding leadership, entrepreneurs, start-ups, social media, and technology. She recently moved from the North Bay to Silicon Valley and enjoys gardening, photography, reading and research, and (being a self-admitted geek) loves to learn about new platforms and services as well as engage with people across a variety of social media sites. Additional volunteer activities include a position as Director of Marketing / Social Media for Girls in Tech San Francisco.
