::Career Mentorship Program
FWL will pair members looking for support and guidance in some aspect of their professional lives with women who have the corresponding experience and desire to share their knowledge in a mentoring relationship. This is an excellent opportunity for you to expand your network, share your perspective, and empower another woman while at the same time receiving support and guidance from another Future Women Leader.
Peer to Peer Details: 1:1 time + Events
Based on your application you will be matched with another FWL member. You and your match will trade off between mentor and mentee roles. The program will span across 5 months and the time commitment is based on your availability. Meetings can be carried out over the phone, via email or in person.
In addition to the one-on-one time each mentorship pair will have together, FWL will also host related professional development events that will support you in achieving your individual goals, and furthering your development and leadership skills. You will be notified of your mentorship pairing in early March and will receive additional information about the related program events.
