Keri Larkin

Keri Larkin feels incredibly fortunate and grateful for the mentors and leaders that have given their time to support and advise her. It is this understanding and appreciation coupled with the desire to mentor others that has motivated Keri to take active roles as a member, officer, President, and board member of FWL over the last seven years. Keri graduated from Brown University, where she was a member of the women’s basketball team for four years with honors in Economics and extensive coursework in Psychology. After graduation, Keri joined the management consulting firm Bain & Company where she has worked for five years and enjoys the incredible diversity of experiences, fast-paced learning environment, and strong emphasis on driving results for her clients. Keri has spent nearly half of her time at Bain in the company’s private equity practice area. Keri holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.


Christina Stansell

Christina works as a Program Officer in the Global Partnerships Division at the Institute of International Education - West Coast Center, a non-profit organization that is a world leader in the exchange of people and ideas. Her works focuses on managing women's empowerment programs in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Fluent in German, she has served in a variety of internationally-orientated capacities in the Bay Area and in Germany over the last several years. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, learning, and the great outdoors. Christina holds a B.A. from Stanford University in International Relations and German Studies.


Leigh Rawdon

Leigh Rawdon loves building organizations – whether she is the entrepreneur herself or working with others aspiring to do the same. She founded Tea Collection in 2002 to offer children’s fashions that celebrate the beauty found in cultures around the world. The collection is available in more than 500 retailers including Barneys, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, and online at Teacollection.com. Tea Collection was recognized in 2007 on Inc Magazine’s “Inc 500” list of America’s 500 fastest growing private companies as well the San Francisco Business Times list of largest women owned companies in the Bay Area. Leigh earned a BA in English from Davidson College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In addition to the board of FWL, Leigh serves on the Silicon Valley Advisory Council for the Global Fund for Children.


Avery Sheffield

Avery Sheffield has a passion for empowering the growth and development of women leaders. Avery's involvement in FWL over the past five years as Past-President and co-Founder of the Leadership Development Program has enriched her understanding of leadership amidst a community of dynamic women. Avery received her MBA from Wharton in 2008, and she will be pursuing a career in Equity Research at Sanford Bernstein in New York City starting in the fall. Prior to business school, Avery held roles in retained executive search, wireless consulting, and product marketing in the San Francisco Bay Area. Avery holds a BA Summa Cum Laude from Pomona College.


Kristin Torres

Kristin Torres Mowat has long believed in the value of community and mentorship to support the personal and professional growth of women. As part of the founding FWL team, past president and current board member she has both contributed to and learned from the women of FWL. From Mexico City, Kristin graduated from Stanford University with a BA in international relations and a minor in human biology. After a consulting career at Bain & Co. and The Bridgespan Group, Kristin returned to Stanford where she earned her MBA and JD. Over the years, her passion for healthcare has led her to various roles in the biotechnology and healthcare services sectors. She currently works for DaVita, a Fortune 500 provider of kidney care services in a strategic development role.
