:: About Us
Future Women Leaders (FWL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting women of all ages in the San Francisco Bay Area. We consist of a core leadership team and a board of directors, who lead and provide services for our network of over women in many different industries.
FWL was founded at the start of the millennium to promote the professional development of Bay Area women professionals through leadership development, mentoring, and networking. We do this through our monthly events, newsletters, online forums and participation in the community.
During the first few years of one’s career, many young professional women are still refining their career goals, exploring graduate school options, and building a network of other young women with whom they can share experiences and ideas. Future Women Leaders helps high-potential women reach their goals. Develop your leadership skills, find a mentor, and meet other ambitious young women.
