Yang works in health policy at Acumen LLC., where as a project coordinator and Quantitative Research Analyst she has coordinated analysts, performed quantitative analysis on health data, and coauthored reports for federal health agencies.
Prior to this she gained perspectives through working for a wide array of different healthcare and international health organizations. This includes working for Seva Foundation on a Clinton Global Initiative project, for the Center for Development and Population Activities (CEDPA) in D.C. on monitoring and evaluation, and for a safety-net family health clinic in East Palo Alto on improving billing flow.
Yang received her degree from Stanford University in Human Biology with a focus on International Health and Development. She has studied and volunteered in France with Stanford-in-Paris, and studied health policy with Stanford-in-Washington D.C.
Yang's interests and hobbies include social entrepreneurship, learning new outdoor sports such a rally-cross and windsurfing, and traveling.
