Career Mentorship Director

Ciji works in the Studio Talent Group at Lucasfilm where she helps manage Training and Organizational Development function for the company.  She attended the University of San Francisco where she graduated with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Spanish.    Alongside this, Ciji is an active volunteer and advocate for human rights.  She is an Americorps graduate, and has continued serving the community through a variety of non-profits throughout the San Francisco Bay area.  Her most recent work has been working as a business coach for C.E.O. Women and project leader for HandsOn Bay Area.   In her free time, Ciji enjoys yoga, dance, traveling and exploring the Bay Area.
